We are glad to share with you the meeting minutes between EECA CAB and Medicines Patent Pool. The following issues were raised during the meeting:
- principles of work and a role of Patent Pool in improving access to ARVs
- situation for patents on ARVs in the region
- how to work with main databases on patents
- review the license agreement of Patent Pool etc.
